NEW BRUNSWICK – Jam-band Phish announced Tuesday that it’s releasing a recording of a 1993 show performed at the State Theater to help victims of Hurricane Sandy. The Jersey-inspired album is available for download on the band’s website. “The New Brunswick show featured the increasingly cohesive group interplay, creative set construction and wide-open improvisation that were hallmarks of this golden era,” Phish archivist Kevin Shapiro wrote in an essay describing the set.
