Former MTA Chairman Joseph Lhota leads the pack of potential 2013 Republican mayoral candidates — but he would get stomped by a Democrat in November, a new poll showed.
The Quinnipiac University survey — one of the first to be released since Lhota left his MTA post to explore a run for mayor — had 23% of GOP voters picking him, to just 9% for billionaire grocer John Catsimatidis, runnerup in the hypothetical primary.
