PORTLAND, Ore. — Two golden retrievers displaced during Superstorm Sandy arrived in Portland Sunday afternoon to find a new home. Sandie, 5 years old, and Bayley, 6 years old, are purebred golden retrievers who lived in the New Jersey borough of Lavallette until Superstorm Sandy destroyed their neighborhood.  Their owner, Jill, had to leave them behind when she was rescued from rising floodwaters last October.
