MADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/21/13) – GE’s Madisonville plant recently donated over $3000 to aid in Hurricane Sandy relief through the American Red Cross organization.GE employees participated in a GE Foundation Matching Gifts program for the victims of Hurricane Sandy. Employees raised nearly $2000 for the relief efforts alone, and Corporate GE matched the donations. The Midwest Kentucky Chapter of the American Red Cross (MWKY) (ARC) in Madisonville accepted the check on November 16, 2012.
